Shipping & Delivery Policy
We normally process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 2-3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3-8 business days depending on your location and the serviceability of our courier partners.
Sometimes delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, logistic delays or unforeseen conditions.
Once order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled from our end. If you dont want the product, you can refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery.
Returns Policy
At Popato we care about customer satisfaction. Should you not be entirely pleased with your purchase, it may be returned under the following conditions:
You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
We will only accept items for return if they are unused, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags, labels and accessories, in the original packaging.
Final Sale, Clearance or Sale Products are not returnable or exchangeable or refundable.
Products returned that fail the quality inspection may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
If you are told that:

A faulty item
A wrong product
Product is significantly different from description please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
If we do not have a replacement product available, you will be eligible for a refund according to our refund policy.
Return Policy
Once we receive your return and it passes quality inspection at our warehouse, we will process the refund.
Time taken to process refund
COD Orders: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval and will be reflected in your bank account.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds typically will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, subject to your bank or credit card company.
